"The kind of service that will keep me coming back."

This particular visit was outstanding!! One of my concerns was a vibration when applying the brakes. It was found that one or both of the front rotors had become warped. Those same rotors were relatively new, however, my mileage had exceeded the new rotor warranty. Tomkinson service still replaced them at no charge!! They did this under some kind of "goodwill" policy.  No one likes to take their car in for service.  I have to say that the folks at Tomkinsons make my service experience pretty good.  Because of this, I am less hesitant to get my car in when it needs work.  Providing me with very nice alternative transportation, and taking care of my service needs in this way just makes good business sense! This is the kind of service that will keep me coming back! Keep up the great work!!
